I understand that dog training involves inherent risks, both known and unknown. I acknowledge that there are certain risks associated with dog training, including but not limited to injuries, property damage, or any other harm that may arise from my dog's participation in training sessions or activities. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the training provided by KeiTrainsDogs.

I acknowledge that as the owner and handler of my dog, I am solely responsible for my dog's behavior, actions, and any consequences that may arise from it. I understand that KeiTrainsDogs cannot be held accountable for any behavior, actions, or incidents involving my dog during or after the training sessions.

I, on behalf of myself, my family members, heirs, representatives, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless KeiTrainsDogs, its owners, trainers, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, lawsuits, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to my dog's participation in the training services provided by KeiTrainsDogs. This waiver applies to any injury, loss, damage, or harm, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I agree to indemnify and hold KeiTrainsDogs harmless from any claims, demands, or actions, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of my dog's behavior or any actions taken by my dog during or after the training sessions.

I understand that it is my responsibility to provide appropriate medical care, vaccinations, and insurance coverage for my dog. KeiTrainsDogs is not responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred during or after the training sessions.

I grant KeiTrainsDogs permission to use photographs or videos of my dog taken during training sessions for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. I understand that I can opt out of this at any time.

By signing this waiver, I release KeiTrainsDogs from any liability or responsibility that may arise due to their lack of certification. I acknowledge that while the trainers at KeiTrainsDogs may possess substantial experience and knowledge in dog training, their services are not backed by any official certification. I further understand that the decision to engage the services of KeiTrainsDogs without certification is solely my own, and I assume any associated risks or consequences. I accept that the absence of certification does not necessarily indicate a lack of competence or expertise, but it is important for me to make an informed decision based on this information.
